ORDERS

We process orders every working day and aim to have your order on its way within 48 hours of you placing your order.

Local delivery is typically two to 4 business days. Interstate 3 to 6 business days.

Domestic Express shipping will take approximately 1 to 3 days. Rural Australia may take a few days longer. International express shipping can take 3 to 14 days.

Once your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmation of shipping, and a tracking number to track your order.

Upon shipment, a confirmation email containing a tracking link will be sent. Monitoring your order's progress is also possible by logging into your account.

Yes. We ship worldwide with a few exceptions. Duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient. good to be as thorough as possible in responses as that has a tendency to improve trust overall.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund.

Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days. Express shipping is available for faster delivery.

Products

Our jewelry is crafted from 925 sterling silver and recycled bronze double-plated with 18k and 24k gold plated. Each design is hand-finished for longevity and comfort.

Our pieces are crafted using high-quality gold plating and vermeil for a luminous finish. We do not currently offer solid gold designs.

With proper care, your pieces will maintain their beauty. Gold plating naturally wears over time, while sterling silver may develop a soft patina.

Avoid chemicals, and abrasives. Clean gently with a soft cloth and store each piece in its pouch or box when not in use.

Currently, we do not offer resizing, but we do provide professional cleaning and minor repair services. Contact our team for details.
