Welcome to PUSCAJEWELS. We are committed to providing an exceptional experience. Please review our policies carefully, as they form the terms of your purchase agreement.

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. (AMBASSADORSHIP NOT INCLUDED)

At PUSCAJEWELS, we are committed to providing a fair and transparent experience for our customers. However, due to the nature of the Ambassador Program as a digital/marketing/non-tangible service, all purchases are final and non-refundable. This ensures the program's continuity and prevents abuse or unauthorized use.

1. Ambassador Program Terms (Final Sale Policy)

Our Ambassador Program is a curated, premium experience. By purchasing a membership, you acknowledge that all sales are Final and Non-Refundable.

  • Agreement: By completing your purchase, you agree that your membership benefits are delivered immediately, and no refunds will be issued for "unrecognized transactions," "change of mind," or "subscription dissatisfaction."

  • Defective Items: In the rare event an item arrives damaged, we offer replacements or store credit only, not monetary refunds. You must contact contact@puscajewels.com within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence of the damage.

Return and Refund Conditions:

  • No Returns or Refunds Ever: The Ambassadorship Program does not offer any options for returns or refunds under any circumstances. Once payment is completed, the purchase is considered final and non-reversible.
  • Common Reasons Rejected:
    We do not accept any refund requests based on:
    • Fraudulent claims (e.g., "Fraudulent" or unauthorized transactions).
    • Duplicate orders (Duplicate).
    • Subscription cancellation (Subscription canceled) – Subscriptions are ongoing until notified otherwise and non-refundable.
    • Product Not Received: Our products are physical accessories dispatched via international couriers. While we strive for timely delivery, your order may be subject to logistics delays or customs inspections depending on the destination country. Please note that such delays are beyond our control and responsibility. We recommend tracking your shipment using the provided tracking number for the latest updates. 
    • Product unacceptable (Product unacceptable) – Customers are encouraged to read the full description before purchasing.
    • Credit not processed (Credit not processed).
    • General or unspecified reasons (General).
    • Unrecognized transactions (Unrecognized) – Customers should verify their transactions before payment.

Exceptions: There are no exceptions to this policy. In the event of a technical error on our end (e.g., access not activated despite payment), we will rectify the issue without a refund, such as by resending access or extending the subscription.

2. General Customer Policy (Non-Ambassadors)

For all other purchases, we offer a 15-day return window.

  • Conditions: Items must be in original, unworn condition with tags and packaging.

  • Process: Contact contact@puscajewels.com to initiate a return. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Sale items, custom products, gift cards, and personal care goods are final sale.

For non-ambassadors (OUR ORDINARY CUSTOMERS)
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

3. Shipping & Delivery Dispute Policy (CRITICAL)

We utilize reliable carriers (USPS/UPS/FedEx) to ensure your items reach you safely.

  • Proof of Delivery: By completing your purchase, you explicitly acknowledge that our carrier’s "Delivered" status (including photographic confirmation of delivery at your address) serves as conclusive and formal proof of receipt.

  • Delivery Issues: If you suspect a delivery issue, you must contact our support team at contact@puscajewels.com to investigate with the carrier.

  • Dispute Resolution: You agree that any bank or credit card chargeback initiated without first contacting our support team to resolve a legitimate delivery concern is an unauthorized action. We will provide all tracking data, photographic proof of delivery, and this policy to your financial institution to contest any fraudulent chargeback claims.

4. International Shipping & Customs

International orders may be subject to local customs and duties. While we strive to ensure timely delivery, PUSCAJEWELS is not liable for customs delays. By purchasing, you accept that international logistics may occasionally cause transit times to exceed estimated windows.
